Restarting

There is nothing worse then having to restart a project I wanted to make a drawing app but I quickly found out the limitations of using python specifically PyQt5 when it comes to making a really good painting app it just doesn't cut it with that being said I need to restart and rebuild it in a better language most likely C++ which will take a lot of additional time. 

the current state of Kolorix isnt bad its just not where I want it I really feel restarting is the best choice I have learned a lot with this attempt and I am ready to put my best foot forward into this next one and get it to my perfect image of a painting / drawing app 

I am not done with this version the one I am building in PyQt5 I am gonna add a couple more doable features and then ill build it and release it here one feature I am most excited about! But after this release I am not updating this version I am gonna start rebuilding it in a different language.
